1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Accynta Inc., a bookkeeping and payroll company registered in New York State. By engaging our services you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Accynta Inc. provides the following services:
- Bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Payroll processing
- Tax return preparation (federal and New York State)
- NY sales tax filing
- Financial reporting
- Virtual CFO advisory
All services are provided as described on our website at accynta.com.
3. Not a CPA Firm
Accynta Inc. is not a licensed CPA firm. We do not provide audit, attest, or official legal tax opinion services. Tax returns are prepared by PTIN-registered staff. If your situation requires a licensed CPA or attorney, we will inform you and refer you accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
To receive our services accurately and on time, clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate financial information
- Submitting required documents by agreed deadlines
- Notifying us of any changes to their business structure or financial situation
- Reviewing all completed work and reporting any errors within 10 business days
Accynta Inc. is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client financial data to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s written consent.
6. Fees and Payment
- Service fees are agreed upon before work begins
- Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Refunds are not provided for work already completed
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination all outstanding fees become immediately due. Client files and records will be returned or transferred upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Accynta Inc. liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York State.
10. Changes to These Terms
Accynta Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
